TOP-10. The most topical judicial disputes of 2013

The yearly conference of The Moscow Times, dedicated to the study of key judicial disputes of 2013, will be held on November 22 of 2013.

Representatives of the FAS of Russia, of the Higher Court of Arbitration of Russia, heads of law departments of largest Russian companies will take in the discussion of topical cases.

Advocate Maxim Rovinskiy, Head of the Tax and Customs Law Practice of the Law Firm "YUST", and Advocate Alexander Yevdokimov, Head of the Arbitration Court Practice of the Firm, will represent the Firm at the event.
