On 27 November 2008, a regular meeting of the ICCI was held at the RUIE headquarters.

On 20 November 2008, Artem KUKIN, Partner of the Law Firm “YUST”, Agnès LALARDRIE, Counsellor of the Law Firm “YUST”, and Olga ZAYTSEVA, Lawyer of the Law Firm “YUST” took part in the Winter Gala Dinner organized by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Russia (FCCIR) for its members.

The Law Firm “YUST” joined the Club France – the French Chamber of Trade and Commerce in Russia (FCTCR), which unites more than 200 companies both already represented in the Russian market and aiming at entering it.

Artur ROKHLIN, Partner of the Law Firm «YUST», took part in the Russian business leaders summit “Russia and Latin America – Strategic Partnership and Profitable Investments” held on 1-8 November 2008 in Chile and Argentina. The summit was held within the framework of the “Russian Days in Latin America” official program carried out under the patronage of the the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the RosZarubezhCenter.

The Federal Arbitration Court of Moscow Circuit left in force the ruling of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal dated as of 27.06.2008 and the decision of the Arbitration Court of Moscow City dated as of 21.04.2008, under which the claim by the Territorial Administration of the Rosimushestvo of Moscow City against “ABB Automatization” LLC on collection of unjust enrichment and eviction of the tenant out of the occupied premises was rejected.

On 27 October – 1 November 2008, a conference on the exchange of of experience between leading lawyers of Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Russia was held in Zurich (Switzerland) under the aegis of the Swiss-Russian Forum.

On 2-31 October 2008, Olga ZAYTSEVA, Lawyer of the Law Firm YUST, took part in the annual training program for advocates in Paris (France), organized by the Paris Bar.

On 22 October 2008, in the Kiev LEAGUE.BUSINESS.INFORM press centre, the Law Firms “YUST” and “YUST UKRAINE” organized a round table on international features of corporate legal relations. The round table was organized with the media support of the ‘Expert Ukraine’ business magazine.

On 20 October 2008, the Law firm “YUST” representatives took part in the first session of the Sports Law Commission of the Association of Russian Lawyers held in Moscow.

Agnès Lalardrie, Counselor of the Law firm “YUST”, took part in the IV Congress of French lawyers held in Lille on 16-18 October 2008.
