The Law Firm "YUST" has created a Department on Intellectual Property, aimed at offering a broad spectrum of services in this sphere.
Recent times have shown a growing public awareness of matters related to intellectual property such as inventions, working models, industrial samples, trademarks, service marks, designation of places of origin of goods, company titles, "know-how", literary and art works, audio-visual production, design and other fruits of intellectual endeavor.

For many years, D.I. Seryogin worked in the Ministry of Antimonopoly Policies and Support of Entrepreneurship, headed the department on protection from unfair competition. He has wide experience in the field of protecting the interests of entrepreneurs and practice in the application of civil legislation regarding the protection of intellectual property. D.I. Seryogin is the author of numerous publications concerning the protection of intellectual property.
The Deputy Head of the Department is Oksana Andreyevna Sholtyreva.
In the course of several years, O.A. Sholtyreva worked for the Patent Office of the Russian Federation and received on-the-job training with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Washington, the patent department of the pharmaceutical corporation Merck (New Jersey, Rahway), the Ministry of Antimonopoly Policies and Support of Entrepreneurship.
Areas of expertise: intellectual property, representation in Russian and international bodies on intellectual property (Patent Office of the RF, Eurasian Bureau, World Organization on Intellectual Property).
