Lawyers of the Law Firm "YUST" successfully protected the interests of the Monetka supermarket chain in court

The lawyers of the antimonopoly law group of the Law Firm "YUST" successfully represented the interests of the Monetka chain in the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow as part of the appeal against a decision of the Moscow Region Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. According the said decision, the chain was charged with creation of discriminatory conditions.

The lawyers of the Firm were able to disprove the charges of the territorial department of the antimonopoly authority and to confirm the legality of the chain’s commercial activity.
