New scale, new names: Rating of Litigators-2018

Pravo.ru presented a study of the market of judicial lawyers for 2017 about which of the known firms escorted most of the arbitration processes, and who held them most successfully. 

The ranking was attended by twice as many firms than last year. Why do petitioners often turn to lawyers?

According to the results of the study, the petitioners turn to the legal companies almost a third more often than the defendants. Partner, Head of arbitration and litigation practice of the YUST Law Firm Alexander Evdokimov said: “The claimants recruits external lawyers for complex disputes, when there is no confidence in their own forces, but there is a financial opportunity to hire consultants”.
