Participation of A.M. Kotova-Smolenskaya, an advocate of the Law firm “YUST”, in the international scientific-practical conference on matters of labor law and social security.

An international scientific-practical conference on the subject “The right to life and its guarantees in the sphere of labor and social security” took place on 1-3 February 2007 at the Moscow State Academy of Law. A.M. Kotova-Smolenskaya, an advocate with the Bar Association of the Moscow Region “Law firm “YUST”, took part in this conference.

The participants of the conference (Russian and foreign academics, representatives of the International Labor Organization and executive bodies of Russian Federation , practicing lawyers) discussed recent acts of international labor law, innovations in Russian and foreign legislation regarding labor and social security, as well as new trends in the development of legal regulation in these spheres.
