Participation of Artem Kukin, Partner of the Law Firm “YUST”, in the closing conference of the European Commission project “Support for the system of arbitration courts in the Russian Federation”

The closing conference on the EC project “Support for the system of arbitration courts in the Russian Federation” took place at the Representation of the European Commission in Russia on 13 December 2006.

Advocate Artem Kukin, Partner of the Law Firm “YUST”, took part in this conference.

In the course of the conference, which was attended by judges of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the RF, arbitration courts of the subjects of the RF and leading Russian and European legal experts, the participants discussed current issues concerning the development of the system of arbitration courts in the RF, and also various aspects of cooperation between the RF and the European Union in the sphere of law.
