Participation of Law Firm “YUST” Partner, A.Kukin, in the seminar “Global and independent law firms in Europe and Russia: Strategy for competition and cooperation.”

On 7 December 2006, a seminar took place in the Legal Information Center of the M.I. Rudomino All-Russian State Library of Foreign Literature in Moscow on the subject of “Global and independent law firms in Europe and Russia: Strategy for competition and cooperation.” The seminar was organized by the Project LegalStudies.ru and the International Bar Association (IBA), the largest international professional association of lawyers.

Artem Kukin, advocate and partner of the Law Firm “YUST”, took part in the seminar.

The leadership of the International Bar Association and partners from prominent Russian, European and international law firms that attended the seminar discussed the current status and perspectives for development of the legal services market in Russia and Europe, and various aspects of competition and cooperation between national and international law firms.
