Rules of conduct in the plane are going to toughen

Deputies of the State Duma want to strengthen monetary sanctions for Russians who are scandalous in airplanes.  Instead of the current fine of five thousand rubles, a violent passenger may receive a 50,000 rubles fine or an arrest of up to 15 days.  New amendments will affect the ban on shooting in the cabin of the aircraft - for such photosession, a Russian risk to pay up to a thousand rubles.
