In Russia abolished the issuance of certificates of registration of property rights

New amendments to the law that abolish certificates of state registration of real estate rights will come into force on July 15, and from that time emergence and transfer of title to real estate will only be certified by an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Property Rights and Transactions. The reason for the innovation was the amendments to the federal law "On State Registration of Real Property Rights and Transactions".

Lawyer of Real estate and Construction practice of YUST Law Firm Dmitry Zheleznov gave his commentary on the amendments to RIA Novosti information agency: "The innovation will help the ordinary public to avoid mistakes getting information, for example, about the apartment they are buying. Far from everybody knows that a certificate in paper form may be not up to date as of the day of records check".
