Yury PILIPENKO, Managing Partner of the Law Firm “YUST”, took part in the IV Annual Conference “Law Business in Russia”.

The Conference was organized by business daily VEDOMOSTI. Traditionally, directors of all major law firms of Russia participate in this event. Admittedly, the Conference “Law Business in Russia” is one of the most significant forums for legal community.

During the Conference, issues on legal business development in Russia were discussed – development tendencies, growth factors in 2008, consequences of joining WTO for Russian and foreign law companies. Conference participants have given a significant consideration to the corporate law reform in Russia, including law issues on holding construction and shareholders agreements.
