YUST Law Firm successfully completed the transaction of Karkade LLC

YUST Law Firm has successfully completed support for the sale transaction by the Polish company Getin Holding the 100% stare of one of the largest car leasing companies on the Russian market –Karkade LLC. The buyers were Gazprombank Leasing and New Financial Technologies, which are part of the GPB Group. The transaction amount is RUB 2.9 billion.

The perimeter of this transaction also included the sale of 22.1% of the shares of the Belarusian Idea-Bank for RUB 0.57 billion.
