A textbook for German lawyers co-authored by Erika Kindsvater, Advocate of the Law Firm "YUST", is being prepared for publication
The German-Russian Lawyers’ Association is preparing the publication of a textbook on development of the corporate law in Russia. The textbook is a survey of the changes to the legislation enacted over the previous years.
Advocate Erika Kindsvater of the Law Firm "YUST" will tell on the pages of the textbook how the regulation of the liability of the persons, who are members of a legal entity’s management bodies, evolves. The part drawn up by our Advocate gives special attention to such aspects as the development of the court practice (especially on the cases of the Higher Court of Arbitration of Russia) as well as the changes to Part 1 of the Civil Code of Russia.
The textbook in German is published with the assistance from the Berlin Scientific Publishing House. Professor Evgeny Sukhanov, Head of the Civil Law Chair of the Faculty of Law of the M.V.Lomonosov MSU, is involved from the Russian side.
