This tutorial publication on private law for law institutes and faculties is a publication first in our country. It was compiled by the author on the basis of his many years’ experience of teaching this discipline in various educational institutions and practical experience. The book contains assignments on the main themes of the course of study, and also materials necessary for practical activity. The majority of the assignments are based on real events and court and arbitration cases examined in various countries.
