5 important events of this week:- Federal Law of January 31, 2016 No. 6-ФЗ "On ratification of the agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of People’s Republic of China on avoiding double taxation and preventing tax evasion concerning income taxes and the Protocol to itm as well as the Protocol on amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of People’s Republic of China on avoiding double taxation and preventing tax evasion concerning income taxes” signed;
- Draft federal law No.953192-6 "On amendments to part one and two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation concerning income taxation of CFCs and foreign organizations" passed through third reading and sent to Council of Federation;
- Draft federal law No. 941995-6 "On amendments to the Budget Code of the Russian Federation (concerning prohibition of governmental funding of companies in offshore jurisdictions)” passed through third reading and sent to Council of Federation;
- Federal Tax Service prepares a new version of the list of countries not exchanging tax information with Russia;
