Erika Kindsvater, Advocate of the Law Firm "YUST", wrote the article “On security measures for monetary claim rights established by the Russian legislation in consideration of the novelties to the Civil Code and their practical application” for the German law magazine “Wirtschaft und Recht in Osteuropa”. Special attention was given to the differences between the German and the Russian regulation of the matter of the seller’s keeping the ownership title and the pledge of future claim rights.
