Scientific and practical commentary to the Code of lawyer's professional ethics. Second edition

Under the aegis of the Federal chamber of lawyers of the Russian Federation and the Institute of advocacy of the Moscow state legal Academy them. O.E. Kutafin the second edition (revised and enlarged) of the book «Code of ethics: scientific and practical commentary». Its author is the managing partner of the law firm «YUST», the first Vice-President of the Federal chamber of lawyers of the Russian Federation, д.ю.н. Yury Pilipenko.
The necessity of preparation of the second edition of Scientific and practical commentary to the Code of lawyer's professional ethics is caused in the first place, to the fact that the meeting held on 22 April 2013 VI all-Russian Congress of advocates approved 140 amendments to the text of the code. This act, passed in January 2003, is not only the moral law of the legal profession, but also a reference point in the activities of lawyers, bar associations and chambers of advocates. The text of the amendments to match the current and the previous version of the code is included in the new edition as one of the applications.
