Evgeny Zhilin, Associated Partner of the Law firm "YUST" took part in the Third CIS Local Counsel Forum which was held in St. Petersburg.

The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation refused extradition of Stanko Subotic, citizen of Serbia, to the Republic of Serbia, who was previously arrested in territory of Russia and held in custody as being wanted by Interpol. Stanko Subotic is being accused by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Serbia of abusing official powers in 1995-1996.

Yury PILIPENKO, Managing Partner of the Law Firm "YUST", has been elected as Co-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Institute of Advocacy of the Moscow State Law Academy.

The Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow District by its determination has abolished a decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court and a ruling of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeals, which satisfied the claim of the Moscow Territorial Administration of Rosimushestvo, on collection of a sum of unjust enrichment and of interest accrued on the unjust enrichment sum.
