Representation of interests of a large Russian bank in a dispute with a group of companies specializing on the extraction and production of crushed granite

All legal entity debtors are in various stages of bankruptcy. A large portion of the funds has actually been recovered. A larger portion of the individual debtor’s property has been sold. The previous management has been removed.
