The Firm’s specialists successfully represented the interests of Curves International, Inc. in the course of the consideration by the court of a case of illegal use of the company’s trademark in a domain name.

As a result of the consideration of the case, the court prohibited the use of the trademark in the domain name, exacted financial compensation from the respondent and obliged the latter to publish the ruling in one of the leading Russian editions on health and fitness. The domain was assigned to the right-holder company.
