Legal Due Diligence for a group of companies involved in constructing Olympic projects for Sochi 2014 Winter Games

Within the framework of the project, legal and tax due diligence of a group of companies that construct Olympic projects in Sochi (for sports and tourism) was done. Juridical peculiarities of the project involved the application of the special legislation governing the matters of construction of Olympic projects and the development of the city of Sochi. Specialists from the Law Firm "YUST" did much of this work, including complete legal due diligence of the companies involved. The project task group included a comprehensive group of specialists covering every aspect of the law, including: civil law, corporate and contractual, city construction and immovable property deals, competition law, banking and financial law, tax law, intellectual property law,and environmental law.
