Protection of interests of Procter & Gamble in a court dispute considered by the HCA of Russia.

Specialists of the Law Firm "YUST" represented the interests of Procter and Gamble LLC, the Russian subdivision of Procter & Gamble, one of the largest international FMCG corporations, in the dispute to additionally charge VAT with the Moscow Inter-District Inspectorate No. 48 of the Federal Tax Service.

As a result of consideration of the case in the instance of supervision, the Board of the HCA of Russia repealed all acts of the lower instance courts and invalidated the Inspectorate’s decision to additionally charge VAT for P&G.
