The Udmurtia Department of the FAS of Russia by its Resolution on an administrative offence case imposed a fine of over 45.8 million roubles on one of the largest Russian banks. The cassation instance court, the session of which was attended by a Partner and the acting Head of the Competition Law Group of the Law Firm "YUST", saw fit to decrease the fine amount to 9,1 million roubles.
