Protection of the client’s interests in a corporate dispute with a former shareholder of a large wood-processing company.

Lawyers of the Law Firm "YUST" have represented the clients’ interests since 2010 in 12 proceedings (including on corporate disputes and bankruptcy cases) in various constituent territories of the Russian Federation, in the FAS of Russia, the Bailiff Service, the FSFM of Russia, in investigation authorities in several constituent territories of Russia and in various administrative bodies.
