Consultations on employment relations matters in a number of budget ventures as requested by the Department of Culture of the city of Moscow (over 15 institutions)

Legal support of restructuring of employment relations in over 15 large public institutions of different types (Sovremennik theater, Vladimir Mayakovsky theater, Alexander Pushkin theater, Variety Thater, other theaters, culture houses, parks etc.) of the jurisdiction of the Department of Culture of the city of Moscow.

Complexity of the project – each restructuring case required an individual approach. Implementation of each project for the purposes of ensuring optimal operation of the institutions required serious changes in the staff structure and called for much responsibility from the point of view of prevention or mitigation of conflict situations.

As a result of the work done, not a single employee sued the employer or contested the HR decision taken towards him.
