Representation of the clients’ interests in a number of court cases.

Rendering legal services of representing the principal’s interests in a number of court cases (approximately ten trials in courts of arbitration and in general jurisdiction courts) involving application of special legislation, namely: the Federal Law No. 7-FZ “On environmental protection” dated 10.01.2002, the Federal Law No. 52-FZ “On sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the people” dated 30.03.1999, the Federal Law No. 170-FZ “On the use of atomic power” dated 21.11.1995, the Federal Law No. 190-FZ “On nuclear waste treatment and amendments to certain legal acts of the Russian Federation” dated 11.07.2011, the Federal Law No. 3-FZ “On radiologic safety of the people” dated 09.01.1996, the Federal Law No. 29-FZ “On funding of industries and objects of special radiation and nuclear hazard” dated 03.04.1996 as well as a large nu8mber of by-laws and normative legal acts on the matters of treatment of nuclear waste and observation of sanitary rules.
