Participation in the elaboration of the draft federal law on change of the legal regulation of waste treatment procedures.

Specialists of the Law Firm "YUST" participated in the elaboration of the draft federal law on change of the legal regulation of waste treatment procedures. The changes deal with obliging all manufacturers and importers to recycle the products (goods) manufactured in Russia (imported) or to pay recycle dues.

Within the framework of the project, the Firm’s specialists prepared legal opinions, analytics, explanatory notes and other documents containing legal study of the proposed amendments as well as suggestions and advice on improvement of the legal normative mechanism for the purpose of economic incentivation of waste treatment.
