Advice on the matters of employment relations in a number of budget institutions as requested by the Department of Culture of the city of Moscow (over 15 institutions)

Legal support of restructuring of employment relations in over 15 large public institutions of various types (Sovremennik Theater, V.V.Mayakovsky Theater, A.S.Pushkin Theater, Variety Theater, other theaters, culture houses, parks etc.) within the responsibility of the Department of Culture of the city of Moscow.

Complexity of the project – each case of restructuring called for an individual approach. Implementation of each project for the purposes of ensuring optimal operation of the institutions required serious changes to the personnel structure from the point of view of prevention or mitigation of conflict situations.

As a result of the work done, no employee filed lawsuits against the employer or contested the respective HR decisions.
