Advocate Vasily Raudin delivered a lecture at the MSU on the subject “The positions of the HCA of Russia and the “new” SC of Russia on the matters of bankruptcy”

Advocate Vasily Raudin, Head of the Bankruptcy Group of the Law Firm "YUST", delivered a lecture at the Scientific Educational Center “MSU’s Law and Business” on the subject “The positions of the HCA of Russia and the “new” SC of Russia on the matters of bankruptcy: examples of actual rule-making”.

The lecture took place on December 9 and was attended by lecturers and students of the leading Moscow law faculties as well as practicing lawyers. When the lecture was over, the specialist spoke with the audience and answered the questions, which interested the listeners.
