Advocate Vasily Raudin, Head of the Bankruptcy Practice of the Law Firm "YUST", took part in the round table “Insolvency (bankruptcy) institution within the modern-day economic reality”. The event was held at the faculty of law of the M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University.

The specialist discussed with his colleagues the role of the banks in ensuring the stability of the market in the modern-day market reality and the legislation novelties on individual bankruptcies.

Also, the Law Firm "YUST" was presented as a partner of the Master’s Program “Legal regulation of insolvency (bankruptcy), which is implemented by the chair of entrepreneurial law of the MSU’s faculty of law. This program is unique – there are only two master’s programs in the bankruptcy field in the world. The other similar program is offered by St. John’s University (State of New York, USA).

Specialists of the Law Firm "YUST" were actively involved in the development of said program, the lectures of which will be given to the students of the MSU.
