Advocate Vasily Raudin took part in the round table session “Matters of improving the pardon institution”

Advocate Vasily Raudin, Head of the Bankruptcy Group of the Law Firm "YUST", took part in the round table session “Matters of improvement of the pardon institution in the context of humanization of the penal law policy”. The event took place at the Council of the Federation of Russia on December 9.

The specialist participated in the discussion on the problems of optimization of the pardoning procedure and the need to improve the efficiency of said institution.
