Informatization of business in Russia

The Law Firm "YUST" took part in the business forum “Informatization of business in Russia” – an event, which included the yearly conference “IT business strategies” of the Vedomosti newspaper and Russian SAM Academy. It occurred on May 29 of 2014.
Denis Shumskiy, Head of the Intellectual Property Group of the Law Firm "YUST", spoke at the plenary session on the subject: “What legal gaps hinder informatization of corporate structures in Russia? Is there any connection between the relatively low level of IT dependence and the situation in the laws? What changes to the legislation could stimulate a more active implementation of innovations and IT in business?”.
Top managers of large and most advanced companies, business strategies of which are based on technological innovations and information systems, took part in the forum. The forum members were able to share their successful experience, discuss progressive cases and set information projects’ priorities for companies from different sectors.
