Managing Partner of the Law Firm "YUST" Evgeny Zhilin and Senior Associate Igor Kostennikov take part in the Russian Law Week – 2014. The event takes place in London on December 1 – 3 of 2014.
The session discussed the matters of the merger of the Supreme Court and the Higher Court of Arbitration of the Russian Federation, how the new Supreme Court operates in practice, the proposed amendments to the CCRF etc.
E.Zhilin moderated the session “Merger of the courts. Proposed changes to the judicial proceedings in Russia”, as well as on the subjects of antimonopoly law and PPP.
Roman Khodykin, Partner of the law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP (London), and Stepn Guzey, Partner of the law firm Lidings (Moscow) took part in the session as experts.
