Openness of the Bar: limits of the allowed

The Federal Chamber of Advocates of the Russian Federation and the Law Firm "YUST" invite to take part in the round table “Openness of the Bar: limits of the allowed” that will be held in the framework of the finals of the ”Right to Know” competition. Lawyers and journalists will discuss the topical issues of information security of advocates and their clients:

• What information on the cases the advocates may disclose;
• What liability they are subject to for offences;
• How the advocates and journalists may cooperate within the framework of a journalist’s investigation.
