Reelection to the Position

Vasily Raudin, a partner at the YUST Law Firm, has been reelected to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Commission on Ethics and Standards of the Russian Federal Bar Association.

The Commission on Ethics and Standards provides mandatory clarifications for all bar associations and advocates regarding the application of the Code of Professional Ethics for Lawyers, and also reviews complaints about the decisions of regional bar associations on the termination of advocate’s status.
