Public-private partnership in Russia - 2013

Investments into the Russian infrastructure are of the main trends of the recent years. The state needs the private sector’s assistance to the elaboration and implementation of infrastructure projects. However, as there is no federal PPP legislation as such, many problems arise during the realization of such projects.
