Reform of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation: objects of civil law. Novelties of the civil legislation on transactions and repoffices

The Conference “Reform of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation: objects of civil law. Novelties of the civil legislation on transactions and repoffices” organized by “Ezh-Yurist” newspaper and the Academy of Management and Business Administration will be held in Moscow on January 31 of 2014.

The novelties to the legislation on transactions and objects of civil law were a notable event of the past year. The Conference will focus in detail on the new transaction rules, essential novelties to the legal regime of immovable and movable items, and the first practice of application of those changes.

The expert’s opinions and the results of the first practice of application of the current edition of the CCRF are shared with the members of the event by:
