Specialists of the Law Firm "YUST" took part in the International Scientific Conference on Labor Law “System in labor law and social security law. Today’s status. (the First Gusov’s Readings)”. The Conference was held at the Oleg Kutafin Moscow State University of Law (MSAL) on June 4 and 5.

Alexander Ksenofontov, Head of the Labor and Sports Law, participated in the breakaway section on the matters of practical implementation of labor law. He delivered the report “Complicated issues of law application in the course of reorganization and staff optimization procedures carried out by the employers”. Egor Ivanov, Head of the Department of supervision over the compliance with labor law of the Federal Service on Labor and Employment (Rostrud) – Deputy Chief State Labor Inspector of the Russian Federation, and Vyacheslav Filippov, Editor-in-Chief of the Labor Disputes magazine, also spoke during the same breakaway section. Anna Kotova-Smolenskaya, Partner of the Firm, and Nikita Lyutov, Head of the Chair of Labor Law and Social Security Law of the Oleg Kutafin MSAL moderated the section.

Senior Associate of the Law Firm "YUST" Vladimir Starovoytov told within the framework of the Conference about atypical employment relations.

Scientists, post-graduates, public officials and practicing lawyers also spoke at the Conference and delivered reports on topical matters of labor law.
