Tax risks: ways to mitigate

Advocate Maxim Rovinskiy, Partner and Head of the Tax and Customs Practice of the Law Firm "YUST", took part in the workshop “Tax risks: ways to mitigate”.

In the course of the workshop, recognized experts in the taxation sphere from leading consultancy and law firms shared on live air their experience of work on tax risks.

In particular, Maxim Rovinskiy told about a series of controversial situations concerning the economic viability of expenses and about practical application of various income tax optimization algorithms.

The discussion also dealt with the following subjects: VAT, tax risks connected to errors in source documents and agreements, common income tax mistakes, travel and entertainment expenses, complicated issues of income tax.
