Roman Cherlenyak, Head of the Corporate and Contractual Law Practice of the Law Firm "YUST", Marina Bilyk, Deputy Head of the Practice, and Alexander Rudyakov, Senior Associate, successfully held an educational seminar for the in-house lawyers of the companies of the Russia Banking Group.
The lawyers were able to discuss in detail the subject “Topical changes to the CCRF concerning transactions, obligations and agreements” on October 2 in Saint Petersburg.
