TOP-10: the most topical judicial disputes of 2012

The yearly conference “TOP-10: the most topical judicial disputes of 2012”, organized by The Moscow Times Newspaper, will be held in Moscow on November 23 of 2012.

The most interesting judicial precedents of the year 2012 will be thoroughly studied at the Conference.

The representatives of the FAS of Russia, of the SCA of Russia, of the leading Russian and international law firms, inter alia, will speak at the event.

Advocate Maxim Rovinskiy, Head of Tax and Customs Law Practice of the Law Firm "YUST", represents the Firm. During the “Tax disputes” section, the expert will present to the audience the Top-10 Resolutions by the Board of the SCA of Russia on tax issues of 2012.
