Triumph of the legal profession

In the Izvestiya-hall 23 April 2013 took place the solemn ceremony of awarding the National prize in the field of legal profession.
The most deserving of decent got solid proof of the recognition of the legal community:
honorary diplomas of «goodwill» for great achievements in legal assistance, including free and significant contribution to the development of legal science, preparation of qualified legal personnel and the high business reputation;
statuette «Triumph» - for the professional reputation, outstanding achievements in the field of advocacy activities and facilitate the implementation of the constitutional rights of citizens and organizations to qualified legal assistance;
sign «For honor and dignity» - for selfless service to the protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen advocates, явившим exclusive samples of the advocates ' art committed to the highest ideals of honor and dignity of the legal profession.
The President of the Federal chamber of advocates Evgeny Semenyako, not without pride, mentioned in his opening speech that the legal profession is important and will be such in the light of protection of the rights of the Trustee. So it is twice pleasant, that the holiday, which many people are waiting in awe, was held in the year of the decade, the creation of the Federal chamber of lawyers of the Russian Federation.
Chairman of the Committee on constitutional legislation and state construction of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vladimir Pligin in continuation of his thought stressed that advocacy should not only to live but to really live». And last will be doable if it will remain elitist organization, ready to fight for justice by all available legal means, and employs leaders, which can be and should be.
In turn, President of the Advocacy chamber of Moscow Henry Reznik, awarded the badge «For honor and dignity», called for the legal community to regaining the high value of these words, that in our «partly потерявшееся» time as needed. He cited the epithets which gave once Maximilian Robespierre advocacy, being not yet cruel dictator - «support of innocence», «beach crimes».
Advocacy is not compatible with the dictatorship, and the victim of the repression of individuals becomes a value such qualities as honesty, decency, honesty, " regretfully concluded a prominent lawyer. Guests of the event supported the speakers in the intention to focus on the best representatives of the profession and to strive for new professional achievements and does not stop there.
Among awarded in the nomination «Triumph» was named Law firm «YUST». Organizers, presenting the audience noted the diligent work of the Collegium of advocates, as invited experts in development of the Civil code, Tax code, Criminal procedure code, laws on economic societies, on insolvency (bankruptcy), advocacy and the bar in the Russian Federation and many other normative acts.
They also stressed the active social and philanthropic activities of the Board. Expressing gratitude to the premium of the Committee, partner of the Law firm «YUST» Alexey Popov shared with the audience the feeling of sincere pleasure to be surrounded by recognized experts in the respected connoisseurs of the advocates of the case.
