YUST Law Firm participated in the VII award ceremony “Success: best corporate lawyer of the year”

On December 10, a reception of the Association of Corporate Lawyers on occasion of the Russian Constitution Day took place in the restaurant “Turandot”.

As part of the event, the VII award ceremony “Success: best corporate lawyer of the year” was held.

YUST Law Firm was the partner of the award, and managing partner Evgeny Zhilin presented the award “Leader of the Year” to deputy CEO in charge of legal issues of Interros Holding Company Olga Voitovich “For outstanding achievement in the field of management of legal service and excellent organization of legal support of all the company’s important projects. For unique expert competences, loyalty to the cause, mentorship. For unquenchable optimism and energy”.



The following nominations were represented:

• "Development of the profession"

For the most important contribution to the development of the profession of a corporate lawyer by exchanging experience and proposing innovative ideas at events or in publication in legal mass media.

• "Reformer of the year "

For active participation in discussions on reforming legislation, as well as elaboration of judicial practice beneficial for the development of business activity.

• "Leader of the year"

Aimed at rewarding nominees, the management and leadership qualities of whom allowed legal departments headed by them to receive high appraisal of both the business and professional community.

• "Career of the year"

Awarded to the corporate lawyer who climbed several steps u p the career ladder in the 12 months prior to the date of the award ceremony.

• "Achievement of the year"

Awarded for the most significant contribution to the development of the profession of corporate lawyer.

• "Publication of the year"

Awarded for the best publication on legal issues within 12 months prior to the date of the award ceremony.

The annual national award “Success: best corporate lawyer of the year” was established in 2008 for the purposes of enhancing the prestige of the legal profession and illustrating its social importance, as well as encouraging corporate lawyers working hard in the field of science and education, participating in the establishment of law enforcement practice, development of the profession of a corporate lawyer and actively participating in the activity of the Association of Corporate Lawyers for the benefit of its members. The award is given to corporate lawyers regardless of their membership in the Association for outstanding results in the relevant fields of activity defined by the nominations.
