An article by Natalia Gornostay and Dmitry Zhubrin, Lawyers at the Law Firm "YUST", was published in the January issue of the <i>Labour disputes</i> magazine (№1, January of 2011)

Natalia Gornostay and Dmitry Zhubrin, Lawyers at the Firm, are the co-authors of an article containing practical advice for employers on the administration of labour laws in situations when an employee of a company becomes disabled in the course of an effective labour relationship. The article was published in the January issue of the Labour disputes magazine (№1, January 2011).

Such situations lack legal governance, and therefore, in practice, give rise to many questions – as shown by a request of a large German industrial company, a Client of the Firm.

The authors of the article share their comments and advice given to the Client of the Firm, which permitted to solve difficulties of the law administration, and give examples from court practice.
