Anna KOTOVA-SMOLENSKAYA, Associated Partner of the Law firm "YUST", as an expert took part in the «Interpreting the Law» TV-program dedicated to judicial protection of citizens’ rights.

In the course of the program there were discussed issues of interest to the persons with infringed rights, such as: pre-judicial means of dispute settlement; the right to move a court; and the description of a court competent to adjudicate corresponding disputes – a court of general jurisdiction or an arbitration court; cases of the discontinuance of disputes by settlement agreements; the appeal against court rulings and the execution of court rulings.

Tatyana ANDREEVA, Vice-president of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, and Konstantin KATANYAN, Director of the Institute of Political and Legal Analysis, also participated in the broadcast as experts.
