Mikhail Prokopets, a Senior Lawyer at the Law firm "YUST", presented a course of lectures on sports law for the students of the Sports Management Faculty of the Moscow University of Industry and Finance (MUIF)

The Sports Management Faculty of the MIUF invited M. Prokopets, a Senior Lawyer at the Firm, to lecture the students on sports law.

The lectures included, in particular, issues of commercial transactions in sports and their classification, transfer activity in professional sports, details of labour relations in sports, of agency in sports, of sports trade unions and their role in labour relations, as well as matters of settling labour conflicts in professional sports.

When the course ended, both parties agreed that the cooperation between the MUIF and the Firm was successful. It will undoubtedly continue in the future.
