Mikhail PROKOPETS, Representative of the Law Firm «YUST», delivered a report at the International Conference on Sports Law in The Hague, Holland.

Reports were also delivered by the following participants: Denis ROGACHEV (legal adviser of the Russian Football Union, legal counselor of the Minister of Sports, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Russian Federation) delivered a report on the new sports legislation of the Russian Federation; Michel GERLINGER (Head of legal department of FC Bavaria (Munich) delivered a report on the European Club Association and G-14; and Samuel MITTINEN (Lecturer of the Salford University (Manchester)) delivered a report on the MOTOE precedent.

About 50 sports lawyers, football agents and advocates from different cities of Holland visited the Conference.

It is remarkable that Mikhail PROKOPETS and Denis ROGACHEV became the first speakers from Russia to deliver speeches at numerous workshops and working groups organized by the T.M.C. Asser Instituut (T.M.C. Asser Press).

At the end of the conference, Mikhail PROKOPETS received a proposal to become a member of the editorial board of the International Sports Law Journal.
