Participation of Attorneys and Lawyers at the Law Firm “YUST” in a Workshop for the Russian Attorneys in Zurich (Switzerland).

Tatiana Starikova, an attorney at the Law Firm “YUST”, Oksana Parshina, Olga Zaitseva, Mariya Gulinskaya, lawyers at the Law Firm “YUST”, participated in a workshop for the Russian attorneys held by the Swiss – Russian Forum in Zurich from 19 to 24 October, 2009.

The workshop was dealing with topical issues of banking and attorney practices in Switzerland and Liechtenstein such as bank secrecy, attorney-client privilege, etc. Lectures at the workshop were delivered by professors, attorneys, officials from the banks of Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Representatives from the law chambers, attorneys and lawyers from the leading Russian law firms and institutions of legal practice took the floor at the workshop from the Russian side.

The workshop participants also took part in the international conference “Strategic Cooperation between Russia and Switzerland in Real Sectors of Economy, Finance and Insurance in the Light of State Visit of Dmitry Medvedev, President of the Russian Federation, to Switzerland” in Zurich.

Contacts were established during the workshop with the Swiss attorneys, officials at the banking sector, investors for a follow-up in the interest of the clients of the Law Firm “YUST”.
