Currency clause issue in long-term commercial property lease contracts

Anton Sirotkin, adviser, head of special litigation project group of YUST Law Firm, told Pravo.ru portal about the currency clause issue in long-term commercial property lease contracts: "In business relations, the currency clause issue is most obviously represented in long-term commercial property lease contracts, where the parties did not include a condition in the contract for the case of substantial change of a foreign currency exchange rate, and did not grant a right to the lessee to withdraw from the contract".
