The 100th Anniversary of the Birth of Mark Boguslavsky, the Founder of the YUST Law Firm

On June 8, 2024, it was the 100th anniversary of the birth of Mark Moiseevich Boguslavsky, Doctor of Law, Professor, and a leading expert in the field of private international law.

Mark Boguslavsky authored more than 450 scientific works, and many students still study from his textbooks. He passed away in 2017. However, the work he started lives on, and the partners of the YUST Law Firm, which he founded, honor the memory of their teacher and remember his words: «Without the past, there is no present, and without the present, there is no future».
